Biden's Student Aid Plan Already Falling Apart? v3

Image
Photo by Alexander Mils on Unsplash      President Joe Biden has been pushing hard on his student loan debt relief. He promises $10,000 in relief for households whose income is below $125,000. This sort of student debt relief has been a big focus for the Democratic party, and many are happy to finally see action being taken in such an easy and approachable way. Biden was happy to announce that 22 million Americans have already gone through the process of signing up for the relief.      Though Joe Biden and his administration have already had to jump through many hoops to get to this point, one more obstacle has shown up. On October 21st, the federal court "temporarily blocked President Joe Biden's plan to cancel billions of dollars in federal student loans." Joe Biden said, "we took on big pharma, and we beat them, finally."          The i...

This is huge progress in the ongoing decriminalizing process and debate on whether marijuana should be legal or not. Also, another big step in the ongoing issue that has drastically impacted the people of color community. Though the pardon is not defending those who were arrested with possession of intent to distribute, those will continue to have their charges with them. This pardon can also help lead to more job employment. Joe Biden stated, "There are thousands of people who have prior Federal convictions for marijuana possession, which may be denied employment, housing, or educational opportunities as a result." Just last month, Joe Biden made a tweet about how over 263,000 jobs were added, now over 10 million since Joe Biden has been in office. Does this pardon expect to add a large growth to ...
